Non-GMO whole wheat flour, water, extra virgin olive oil, yeast, salt. Sumac Spinach filling: spinach, onion, sumac, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper. Spinach & Feta: adds feta cheese.

Baking and reheating
Baking and reheating
Reheating fresh: 350°F for 5 to 7 minutes.
Oven, from frozen: do not thaw. Bake at 375°F for 12 to 15 minutes until the edges are golden.
Air fryer, from frozen: 350°F for 6 to 8 minutes.

Fresh: refrigerate and enjoy within 12 days.
Frozen: keep frozen for up to 2 months.
