Shipping policy

Frozen boxes ship overnight to the contiguous US for a flat $20. Fresh boxes are for local delivery within 25 miles of the bakery or free pickup at the bakery.

Frozen shipping

  • Rate: $20 flat per order, any number of frozen boxes.
  • Destinations: the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. No PO boxes. No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or international addresses.
  • Ship days: Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday ship the following Monday. Tracking is emailed when the box leaves the bakery.
  • Transit: overnight, arriving the next business day.
  • Packaging: insulated packaging and ice. Pies arrive frozen or cold to the touch and are safe to refreeze if still cold.
  • Problems: if a box arrives warm or damaged, email deiyaabakery@gmail.com within 24 hours with your order number and photos. We will replace or refund it.

Local delivery

  • Within 8 miles of the bakery: $5, free on orders over $75.
  • 8 to 15 miles: $10, free on orders over $125.
  • 15 to 25 miles: $15, free on orders over $175.
  • Minimum order: $30. Fresh items are baked to order; allow 24 hours.
  • Coverage: Orland Hills, Tinley Park, Palos Heights, Palos Hills, Palos Park, Oak Lawn, Bridgeview, Mokena, Frankfort, Homer Glen, Lemont and nearby southwest suburbs.

Pickup

Free at 15545 S 71st Ct, Ste 202, Orland Park, IL 60462. Orders are usually ready in 24 hours, and we email you when yours is. Bring your order number. See Google for current hours.

Items that do not ship

Fresh fatayer, the Pyramid Gift Tower, the Catering Tray and House Pickles are local delivery and pickup only. To send a gift outside the Chicago area, order any box of 12 in the Frozen format.

Addresses and delays

Please check your address at checkout. We cannot replace orders lost or spoiled because of an incorrect address. Severe weather can delay a carrier by a day; if your box still arrives cold, it is safe to freeze. We may hold shipments during extreme weather and will email you if your ship date changes.
