These terms govern your use of the Deiyaa Bakery website and your purchases from it. By placing an order you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order, and you agree to provide accurate contact and address information.

Products and pricing

All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, delivery and shipping, which are shown at checkout. We may change prices, flavors and availability at any time. Product photos are representative; hand-formed pastries vary slightly in size and shape.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy, accepted when we send an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order for pricing errors, suspected fraud, addresses outside our delivery or shipping zones, or capacity limits on a bake day. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Allergens

Our products contain wheat (gluten), and many contain milk, sesame or tree nuts. Everything is made in a shared kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, sesame and nuts, so we cannot guarantee that any item is free of trace contact. Allergen information on each product page is provided for guidance. If you have a severe allergy, email deiyaabakery@gmail.com before ordering. You are responsible for reviewing it before you eat.

Delivery, shipping and storage

Fresh items are for local delivery and pickup only. Frozen items ship overnight to the contiguous US. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather or incorrect addresses. Once delivered, you are responsible for storing and handling your order safely as described in our Baking & Reheating Guide. Our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy are part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The Deiyaa Bakery name, logo, photographs, recipes, product descriptions and website content belong to Deiyaa Bakery. Do not copy or use them commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deiyaa Bakery is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under Illinois law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest revision.
