Deiyaa is a family-owned bakery from the family behind Mastic Gelato. We make Levantine fatayer for cafes, restaurants, grocers and caterers.

Made with organic whole wheat flour

Our range brings together open cheese boats, za’atar manakish and hand-folded spinach triangles. We use organic, non-GMO whole wheat flour, with twelve fillings across the three styles.
